Apart from being in person versus joining an online community, the online and onsite events will be the same. You will hear from the same speakers and will have an opportunity to collaborate with others who are attending in the same format you are. If you can attend the event in person, we would love to see you there! For those who attend online, your ticket will provide you with a unique digital forum experience.
The CDF team is actively monitoring the situation regarding COVID-19 and its potential impact on the event. We are evaluating federal, state, and local guidelines and recommendations and responding accordingly. This site will be updated August 12, 26 and September 9 with any status update related to the event.
Current Status as of August 26:
At this time, there are no significant disruptions to the CDF. Masks will be encouraged, but not required for attendees. The event will be set with reasonable accommodations for social distancing and additional hand sanitizer will be provided throughout the venue. Our team continues to monitor the situation and will provide the next update on or around September 9.
Hear from visionary leaders who will speak on the topics of cultural changes, child advocacy and local church leadership. Discover research taking place around child discipleship and the future of the church, and leave with resources to help bring biblical child discipleship to your church. Encounter the entire experience alongside leaders just like you to learn, pray and collaborate together.
If you want to gather your team together, check out the group online ticket option. With just one ticket, your entire team can experience two incredible days packed with child discipleship training and resources!
Absolutely! Reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make those changes with a member of our Partner Care Team. You’ll need your first and last name, along with the email address used to register for the event.
Each ticket is unique to the attendee who purchased it. If additional members of your team would like to attend, check out our team virtual ticket option!
While we do not offer refunds for the event, you can either transfer your ticket to a team member or defer your ticket to attend The Child Discipleship Forum in 2022. Email our Partner Care Team at email@example.com to get your transfer started! In order to make the change, you’ll need your first and last name, and registered email address, as well as the first and last name and email of the person you’d like to transfer your ticket to.
The Forum is built around general sessions, with intentional opportunities for table groups to collaborate and pray with each other.
Yes. Everyone attending will need to be registered. We recommend registering asap for best pricing and to guarantee available tickets. We expect the onsite tickets to sell out prior to September.
Prior to the event you will be sent a unique login code to access the event.
With limited capacity onsite, the majority of the attendees will be online. Because of this, we are shaping the event with an online-first thought process. All speakers will be included in both the online and onsite experiences. In addition, when appropriate, we will broadcast exclusive live content just for the online audience, including table discussion times and more.
Your team would greatly benefit from a two-day training on child discipleship! This training can take place at your church, home or offsite location. If more than one leader from your church plans to purchase an online ticket, you will need to purchase the team online ticket. In order for us to track attendees we will ask how many people plan to attend, but we do not need specific information about each attendee.
There will be an online store where a limited number of books and resources from speakers and Founding Partners will be available to order online.

Your team would greatly benefit from a two-day offsite training on child discipleship! When you register your team as a group, include the names of everyone attending so we can properly check them in on the day of the event. Should you need to make any changes between registration and the event, contact firstname.lastname@example.org!
While this event is all about kids, this event is for leaders. We are limiting attendees to high school students and adults. The only exception are nursing babies. Please reach out to us if you plan on attending with a nursing baby so that we can help provide accommodations for you.
Since we’ve all experienced how current COVID-19 requirements can often change, we will do everything required by Franklin, Tennessee, government regulations at the time of the event, as well as any additional precautions that seem right, based on conditions in September. Look for updates on this topic as we draw closer to the Forum.
There will be a Forum store where a limited number of books and resources from speakers and Founding Partners will be available. There will not be an Exhibit Hall at this year’s Forum.
We are looking for a limited number of volunteers to help with the operation of the event. Please note, as a volunteer, you would miss many of the general sessions. If you are interested, email us at email@example.com

The drive is about 45 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic. The best ground transportation option is a rental car. Uber and Lyft are also very active in Nashville.
In an effort to provide variety and keep the registration price low, we are not including meals in the registration. Details for onsite food options are coming soon! The afternoon sessions will wrap up prior to evening meals. We suggest making evening plans with groups of fellow attendees.
